The event of the Vivid Holistic Wellness & More, Inc. a nonprofit program, is to provide a comprehensive natural & healthy bodywork and fun activities. Help individual with chronic pain, high stress, depression, or lonely to rejuvenate their health, ease anxiety and stress, prevent illness, slow down aging, and meet old & new friends with social adult exercise.
