Join us for a special tour of the Neighborhood Healthcare Murrieta PACE Center and learn how PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps older adults live safely and independently with comprehensive, coordinated care, all in one place.

Guests will enjoy a guided tour of the center, meet our compassionate care team, and learn about the wide range of services available, including primary care, care coordination, transportation, social work support, and medication management. Complimentary snacks and transportation to and from the center will be provided.
