I have over 22 years of experience, including six with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service National Office, Washington, DC., practicing tax law.  My specialty and majority of my practice involves representing clients in the area of tax controversy, domestically and internationally.  I represent clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department State of California, and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. I represent clients in Tax Court and U.S. District Court litigation and administrative hearings.  I have an advance law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation and I am a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Janet Licitra is the CEO of a women-owned business franchise for TeamLogicIT. Janet has worked in technology sales since graduating from college and this background has helped her to discuss and understand the technology challenges that small businesses face today. Her husband, Allen Licitra operates as the Chief Technology Officer and co-runs the business with me. Allen has been in various IT leadership technology roles at large and small corporations. His numerous specialties include security, cloud, and advanced analytics. We have been married for 19 years and have identical twin daughters who will be Sophomores in college this year. We have lived in Temecula CA since 2008.  Both of us have been working in the IT business for 20+ plus years.   
 

Allen's computer and technology roles started during college where he was part of the Help desk team.  Some of his recent roles after programming were Director Of Analytics, Director of Business Intelligence, Strategy Director,  and Competitive Intelligence Manager. He has 20 + years with a background as Senior Leadership Experience where he is a strategic thinker that has developed and implemented technical as well as organizational strategies for both large and small companies. His passion for leading technologists and driving business results is what he currently wants to do for small businesses and bring solutions to local businesses at a competitive price. 

Chaya is co-founder, CEO of PamTen, global Technology Services company. She is a technologist, philanthropist, a visionary, mentor, investor, an entrepreneur and above all a passionate human being. She holds an MBA and an Executive Education Certification from Harvard University. She has over 25 years of Information Technology experience. Chaya also founded SOFKIN, a non-profit organization that creates loving and caring homes for destitute and under privileged children; and SHETEK, a not-profit with a mission to increase the number of women in tech through training and mentorship. Chaya is on the board of corporates, NGOs, Universities and Chambers, and a welcomed speaker at many technology and social change events around the world.

My name is Sandra Alvarez. I was born in Buenaventura, Colombia, which is located in the Pacific Ocean in the south of Colombia. When I was 13 years old, my brothers and I immigrated to the United States by crossing the border between Mexico and the US. I am proud to be a successful immigrant and am grateful that this country has allowed me to succeed and achieve the American dream. I am the owner of Akahina Home Care, and I am also a Navy mom and Marine sister. I am an advocate for our veterans and a mental health advocate. Currently, I am working on formalizing Akahina Gives Back Hope as a 503c nonprofit organization and NGO.  My mission is to make a positive impact on the disabled and disadvantaged populations in our community and around the world. My philanthropic work has grown over the past few years, and it has been an amazing journey making a difference in the lives of children, cancer patients, veterans, and seniors.
