Karen Nolan is the COO/CFO and Co-Owner of LCL Realty & Property Management, where she helps lead a full-service real estate and property management company serving Southwest Riverside County. With extensive experience in business operations, property management, finance, and real estate, Karen is passionate about building strong client relationships, developing efficient systems, and helping property owners, tenants, and homeowners' associations thrive.

Beyond her professional role, Karen is deeply committed to serving the Menifee community. She is an active member of the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Menifee, and Hope in the Valley Baptist Church, where she serves on the Evangelism Team, Finance Committee, and Women's Ministry. Karen believes that successful businesses have a responsibility to give back and enjoys volunteering, networking, and creating opportunities that strengthen the local community.

Karen is known for her collaborative leadership style, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to excellence. Whether she's helping clients navigate real estate and property management, mentoring business professionals, or supporting local organizations, her goal is always the same: to build lasting relationships, create positive impact, and help others succeed.

When she's not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and finding new ways to connect business with community service.

I’ve worked as a ghostwriter, marketing strategist, and content consultant for businesses ranging from local shops to 8-figure brands. I’ve spoken on stage across the US and internationally, including at VeeCon, Podcast Movement, and Social Media Marketing World. I’m especially passionate about helping local businesses simplify their content marketing and social media so they can focus on running their business.
