HRish provides fractional HR leadership for startups and growing small businesses that need strategic HR support without the overhead of a full-time HR department. 

After more than a decade in HR leadership, I realized many organizations gave HR a seat at the table - but weren't always sure how to leverage it strategically. HR was often viewed as an administrative function instead of a strategic business partner. HRish was built to bridge that gap. 

I partner directly with founders and leadership teams to strengthen managers, navigate employee challenges, improve workplace culture, and build practical people strategies that support business growth. Every engagement is customized because no two businesses - and no two teams - are the same. 

I also believe good HR isn't about choosing sides. It's about helping leaders make thoughtful decisions while ensuring employees are treated fairly and with respect. That's why, in addition to supporting businesses, I offer Work-ish - a resource where employees can receive practical guidance to better understand and navigate workplace challenges.
